Moving right along

Boy does time fly. Life is still good in good Ol' Washington. What have I been up to? Well, a couple of weeks go here at the beginning of March I got a call from a manager at the Amazon Data Warehouse team who happened to come across my resume on MOnster and saw that I had the aspiration for becoming an Oracle DBA. So, he snagged me in for an interview and in short gave me an opportunity better than that I could see at Cingular. Cingular had a great team, but I couldn't pass the opportunity to work with at 60 TB Oracle database.

Jess and I are currently learning the basics of different Ballroom type dances. Hopefully we'll be able to dance decently for our wedding this August. Planning for that is going great.
